Besides curating the most incredibly inspiring community of people, the BEST part of my job is having the opportunity to test beauty and skincare products and experiences as human guinea pig for all of YOU! As authenticity is quite literally my brand, I made a promise early on that I will only work with companies that I find purpose and meaning in. Prior to partnering with a brand, I commit time to testing and learning about their products. For an industry that is so saturated in product pushers I want to make it clear that anything you see on HK has been highly vetted and only something that I‘d personally incorporate into my own life. This past year I vetted as many spas in NYC in search of the the BEST facials at every price point (clean and not so clean) and I narrowed it down to the five below!

Caudalíe’s Express Facial at the Spa Vinotherapie - I love that Caudalíe offers this express service for $90, because you get all the benefits without taking off too much time. It is perfect for the girl on the go. Caudalíe specialising has been a pioneer in the clean beauty movement for years. Their ingredients are derived from the grapevine. The company is active in toxicology and ecology and refuses to use artificial preservatives, mineral oil and animal by-products. (This is for the person in need of a quick fix)
