I was so excited to shoot my second post at the Little Cupcake Bakeshop! I have been completely obsessed with this bakery since moving to the city in September! If you are visiting NYC it’s an absolute must! My two favorite treats are the Brooklyn Blackout Cake, hailed by one writer the "Best Chocolate Cake in America,” and the Southern Red Velvet cake, a moist buttermilk cake with homeade creamcheese icing, and a dash of organic food coloring.

I choose to shoot at the Little Cupcake Bakeshop because I admire that they use use only the freshest, sustainable ingredients, predominantly sourcing locally, from farms in the Hudson Valley, Catskills, Vermont, New Jersey, and in strides, seasonally, with all baking done in small batches on-site, everyday. No shortening. No preservatives. Their milk is from grass fed cows. Their espresso bars serve organic teas and Non-GMO illy caffe. Each LCB store is a green architectural design and we're active in supporting local community groups, and sustainable development initiatives at the local, national and international level. (

This is my second of three Ramy Brook dresses I will post this week! In this post I am wearing the Ramy Brook Ellen Dress. This Dress is brand new to the Ramy Collection...WOOT WOOT! The Ellen Dress has a very sexy vibe with the shoulder cutouts, and I couldn’t be more obsessed with it! I paired this dress with clogs to give it a more edgy feel, and a vintage belt I bought last year at the Melrose Trading Post in LA! I’ve been waiting to wear it with the most perfect outfit, and this is deffinitly it! You can also pair this dress with a cute low converse and wear it to a summer a summer BBQ, or dress it up with a sexy stiletto and rock it to your next black tie event!

Ramy Brook Sharp has been one of on my favorite designers since the Ramy Brook line was founded in 2010! Ramy Brook is a contemporary womenswear brand designed for a woman by a woman. Her clothing evokes an uplifting happy, and playful attitude, all while highlighting the sexiness and confidence of the woman who wears it. Ramy is an inspiring entrepreneur and I look up to her immensely! (

I would love to hear what all of your favorite hidden gems are in NYC!
