DIY Halloween Inspo
Photography by Christy Doramus
Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday!!!! I think it might have something to do with the fact that I’m also an actress… but to me there is undeniably nothing more exciting than to dress up and embody a different character! I shot this look alongside the beautiful Victoria Marie from Victoria Marie PR and stunning Olivia Anton from Crowns By Christy. Christy, founder and creator of Crowns By Christy designed our amazing headpieces that we are rocking to fully complete our looks, she also happened to be the lady behind the lens! Once dressed we took to the NYC streets as our characters. I channeled the innocent and courageous Alice (my all time favorite character), Victoria dressed as the lovely, yet icy Elsa and Olivia played the part of her Disney doppelganger, the friendly and caring Snow White.
To top off our looks we decided to head over to the famous Black Tap restaurant and grab some yummy and colorful milkshakes… What’s a good Halloween without some sweets?!? Am I right? Although, there were soooo many milkshakes to choose from, we eventually settled on the sour and cotton candy shakes and they were AHHHHHMAZING!!!! As you can see from the pictures we literally went after them with our hands!
It’s always so fun to get creative with the things you already own for Halloween. If you are looking for a headpiece to top off your own DIY look email your concept to firstname.lastname@example.org! I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Can’t wait to show you my other Halloween week looks!
